BRUCE PAPARONE NEW HOMES, INC IS HONORED WITH MULTIPLE AWARDS AT 2018 BUILDERS LEAGUE AWARD CEREMONY

We were proud to be honored with the “Commitment to Excellence” Award, given last month by the Sales and Marketing Committee of the Builders League of South Jersey at the annual Building & Remodeling Industry Awards of Excellence ceremony. This is the company’s 11th time winning this prestigious award.
The “Commitment to Excellence” Award was established in 1996 to recognize the League’s builder members who demonstrate outstanding customer service and quality as selected by new home buyers. The criteria for selection is based on overall professionalism in the new home purchase, quality of workmanship, customer relations, service after the sale and total customer satisfaction.
In addition to winning the “Commitment to Excellence” Award, we were also honored with the following MAME awards for the Oxford Elite Model at our Waverly Pointe community in Lumberton: Best Landscape Design, Best Interior Merchandiser & Best Signage.
The hardworking team at Bruce Paparone, Inc. New Homes took home many individual prestigious awards as well. “Sales Person of the Year” went to Bernice Azarian (who oversees our Fox Hunt, Wavery Pointe & Shira Court communities) and “Construction Manager of the Year” was won by Chris Collins.
Our amazing Sales Managers, Janet Scarduzio, Bernice Azarian, and Marilyn Ruff, were all recognized for their dedication and hard work with the Million Dollar Sales Club Awards.
And, “Community of the Year” (Best Single Family Detached Community, priced $350,001 – $500,000) was awarded to Waverly Pointe in Lumberton.

The Paparone family has been in home building and real estate for over 60 years. Bruce Paparone’s father, Samuel J. Paparone, started a real estate company in the 1950’s and along with his brothers, built thousands of homes throughout South Jersey. Today, Bruce Paparone is continuing that legacy. With over 30 years’ experience and three generations of home builders before him, he consistently delivers the fine homes and communities that today’s home buyers are looking for.
