The Samuel J. Paparone “Commitment to Excellence” Awards

The Paparone Mission: “To build quality new homes at a great value, while providing a superior customer experience!” This mission statement is what all employees at Paparone New Homes strive for each & every day!
In an effort to recognize the outstanding quality work and exceptional customer service done by our Sales and Construction Teams, the Samuel J. Paparone “Commitment to Excellence” Award was created 19 years ago. This special award was named after the founder of the company, Samuel Paparone, who led by example. Sam’s work ethic in all aspects of the company helped shape Paparone New Homes to what it is today.
Sam was committed to each and every employee that worked for him. To Sam, “Commitment to Excellence” did not only mean for the company or the product, but it also meant helping each member of the “Paparone Team” achieve personal excellence! He wanted everyone to succeed. Many people in the company had the pleasure of working with Sam and they all remember him fondly. Today, we carry on his memory and values with this award.
This year we had the honor of presenting the award to the Construction Team at Stanwick Glen in Moorestown and the Sales Team at The Village of Country Gardens in Mantua. These two teams exemplify the strong values and hard work set forward by Samuel Paparone.
Stanwick Glen’s team consists of Shawn McCrea, Chris Collins and Josh Williams. They were faced with bringing several unique homes to life. There were many challenges that arose in the process of doing this, but through their attention to detail and ability to work with the home buyer for each house they were able to create beautiful homes and happy homeowners.
The Village of Country Gardens team includes Janet Scarduzio, Kathy Carter, and Carol Williams. Through Janet’s leadership, they were dedicated to each home buyer that walked through the door. They are by their side from the first steps of looking at models and home sites all the way through closing and beyond. With all the questions and concerns that come up, they make sure they are always available to help no matter what else they have going on.
At Paparone, every member of our team shows “commitment to excellence”. They go the distance for each home buyer and are the reason the company exists today.
