Role Overview: Bruce Paparone New Homes, Southern New Jersey's most prominent private home builder is looking for passionate candidates to join our dynamic team as an Estimator. In this position you will play a pivotal role in streamlining construction phases, from designing beautiful rooms to estimating costs and in-depth reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for custom construction modifications.
- Address queries from subcontractors and internal teams about costs.
- Collaborate with construction managers to ensure cost-effective and efficient build methodologies.
- Manage and update the option cost database, encompassing budgets, specifications, and blueprints.
- Liaise with sales managers and selection coordinators to align with buyer preferences.
- Assess and analyze bids from suppliers and contractors when necessary.
- Engage with suppliers to ensure up-to-date standard options, supplies, and samples.
- Review house line budgets, pinpointing potential areas for improvement and reporting findings.
- Generate post-construction financial summaries for senior management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in estimation is preferred.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost analysis, and foundational accounting.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with management software like Mark Systems (or similar builder management platforms) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to devise cost-saving solutions in the construction sphere. Seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and structured individual who thrives in a fast pace professional setting.

- Thoroughly clean and set up job sites in preparation for incoming trades.
- Efficiently unload, deliver, and distribute construction materials to designated areas.
- Actively assist our punch list and service teams to ensure the completion and maintenance of tasks.
- Prioritize safety by preparing construction sites, identifying, and eliminating potential hazards.
- Collect and transport materials from lumber yards, home improvement stores, and other job locations as required.

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with local businesses, from cozy cafes to exciting bars and breweries, and offer them the best insurance solutions to fit their needs. You'll also have the flexibility to work from home and in-person, allowing you to achieve both personal and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with local businesses to generate leads and prospect for new client
- Assess prospective client’s insurance needs and understand risks to determine coverage
- Present customized insurance programs unique to each client and close deals
- Build strong relationships and network with local groups to establish a lasting presence in the community
- Maintain relationships to build a business of referrals and manage existing accounts
Qualifications & Skills:
- We welcome newcomers with a go-getter attitude
- Training and classes for an insurance license will be provided, if unlicensed
- Prior sales prospecting experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be coachable
- Possess a positive and energetic attitude
